The Annual Report and Financial Statement will be tabled, the committee for 2019 will be appointed and Notices of Motion for the Convention Business meeting will be discussed and voted on, followed by “Moving Forward” an opportunity to present ideas and discuss Launceston Lodge, 2019 – facilitated by Denise Frost.
