Carl Jung, 1875 -1961, was the founder of analytica psychology. He is best known for his theories of the Collective Unconsciousness, including the concept of archetypes, and the use of synchronicity in psychology. His work has influenced anthropology, archaeology, literature, philosophy and religious studies.
